I will stay for the winter. My job allows me to work from home, so I will make Phnom Penh my home for the winter. My work contract is up in January and I seriously doubt it will be renewed</span></strong>. </span><span style="font-family:verdana;color:#333300;"><strong>Once again I find myself without much direction as to what to do when January comes. I hate feeling like this. </strong></span><br /><strong><span style="font-family:Verdana;color:#333300;"></span></strong><br /><strong><span style="font-family:Verdana;color:#333300;">For now, I will try to learn as much as I can about Cambodian food. I will be posting pictures and hope that any readers would be able to comment on what the ingredients are in the foods. I hate fish. This presents a problem throughout Asia. I understand that many Khmer foods are made with a fish broth or fish paste (I believe). Some of these I may be able to eat, but any with pieces of fish in them, I will not.</span></strong><br /><strong><span style="font-family:Verdana;color:#333300;"></span></strong><br /><strong><span style="font-family:Verdana;color:#333300;">This blog will be a diary of my times during this winter. For now, it will only be to learn more about Cambodia.
